How to find the right size

The Actimove Knee Support Open Patella Adjustable is available in one, universal size but measuring your knee can help you make sure that the Actimove Sports Edition Knee Support, Open Patella Adjustable is suited to you. Place your foot on a flat surface, bending your knee at a 120° angle. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your knee at the center of your kneecap.

How to use the product

Unwrap your knee support by opening all three straps. Wrap the support around your knee with the care label indicating the top side of the product. Ensure your kneecap is centered in the patella opening. Close the center strap first, followed by the top and bottom straps. Readjust if needed so that it is snug but not too tight.
